Our verjuice has the faintest pink tinge, after all it was made from unripen Hunter Valley Shiraz grapes, its sweet tart taste has hints of Granny Smith and grape juice, fancy that! It can be used in variety of dishes as a substitute or with lemon juice or vinegar, enhancing the flavours of Asian, Middle Easter and European cuisine.
